Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 7, 2026
Welcome to Snape After Dark (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of sad.audio, including free and paid memberships, audio stories, images, videos and other content made available through the website (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your country or region.
2. Accounts
Some content requires an account or paid membership.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us.
3. Memberships and Payments
Paid memberships provide access to content and benefits described on the website at the time of purchase.
Memberships may renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis. By starting a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the membership fee and applicable taxes to your selected payment method until you cancel.
Prices and available membership options are displayed before purchase and may vary by location, currency and applicable taxes.
We may change membership prices in the future. Where required, you will be notified before a new price applies to your recurring membership.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account's Billing page.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid membership period. You will retain access to your membership content until that period ends and will not be charged for the following period.
Payments for an ongoing membership period are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Access to Content
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access the content made available to you through the Service.
Your membership gives you access to applicable content; it does not transfer ownership of that content to you.
Access to members-only content generally continues only while you have the applicable active membership.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content available through the Service — including audio, stories, text, images, videos, graphics and website materials — is owned by us or used under applicable rights or licences.
Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, publish, sell, share, publicly perform, make available, modify or commercially exploit content from the Service without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
You may not share your account or otherwise provide another person with unauthorized access to members-only content.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
- attempt to bypass membership or access restrictions;
- access another person's account without permission;
- distribute malicious software or code;
- collect information about other users without authorization; or
- use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of another person.
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are materially violated.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, add, remove or modify content and features of the Service from time to time.
We do not guarantee that any particular piece of content will remain available indefinitely.
We may also modify or discontinue parts of the Service where reasonably necessary.
9. Third-Party Services and Fourthwall
The Service is provided using Fourthwall and other third-party service providers.
Payments, memberships and certain account functionality may therefore also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers.
We are not responsible for interruptions or other issues caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service or cancel your membership at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts or access where reasonably necessary, including for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Service, fraud, security concerns or legal requirements.
Termination does not affect payment obligations or other rights and obligations that arose before termination.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our business or applicable law.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.
The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently updated.
13. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom or another jurisdiction providing mandatory consumer protections, those rights continue to apply regardless of anything in these Terms.
14. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms or the Service, please contact us at "snapeafterdark" on Instagram or TikTok.
